  Absolutely NEVER use this company!!!! The WORST customer service I have ever experienced! While cancelling an appointment for a bid, Kevin decided to get extremely hostile and began swearing over the phone. Absolutely NOT how you do business, NOT how you treat a potential client and even more broad, NOT how you treat PEOPLE in general. Steer clear of this company, you never know what little thing could set him off, and how he would retaliate. I'm now worried that he has my address and a vague understanding of my schedule.
